Hydraulic support
Hydraulic column: The support’s core load-bearing components provide roof support and resist mining-induced ground pressure, enabling a cyclical sequence of “support—roof lowering—prop moving—roof raising,” and are suitable for thin, medium, and thick coal seams as well as top-coal caving mining.
Various types of jacks: Push-and-pull jacks: for pulling and moving the support structure and pushing the scraper conveyor. – Side-support, telescopic beam, side-push, floor-lifting, and balancing jacks: for side support, beam adjustment, frame adjustment, anti-tilt protection, and balance adjustment.
Top-coal caving support hydraulic cylinder: Tail beam, plug plate, and oscillating lever drive are employed to enable coal caving operations in thick coal seams.
Single hydraulic prop
Temporary/Supportive Support: Working-face end supports, advanced supports, roadway rehabilitation, and conventional longwall mining in thin coal seams. – Types: DW/DWX, suspended-type, glass-fiber-reinforced plastic, and double-acting hydraulic cylinders; suitable for heights of 1.2–5 m; capable of withstanding eccentric loads, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant.
